NEW YORK (AP) — Stock futures are rising in the wake of the groundbreaking deal that could rein in Iran's nuclear ambitions.

Dow Jones industrial futures are up 63 points to 16,090. S&P futures have gained 5.6 points to 1,806.80. Nasdaq futures are up 13.25 points to 3,433.25.

Ratcheting down tensions in the Middle East could provide a boost to numerous industries, from airlines to technology, though major energy producers were under pressure early Monday as the price of oil slumped closer to $90 per barrel.

The National Association of Realtors will report on the number of Americans who signed contracts to buy homes in October. Rising mortgage rates and home prices pushed the number of contracts down in September to the lowest level in nine months.

Homebuilder shares are rising in premarket trading.
