DALLAS (AP) — A jury is set to decide the government's lawsuit charging billionaire and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban with insider trading.

Three men and seven women will hear the lawsuit in federal district court in Dallas. They were picked Monday from a pool of 64 prospects.

The Securities and Exchange Commission says Cuban violated insider-trading rules in 2004 by selling his shares in a Canadian Internet company when he learned confidentially about news that would send the shares down. The government says he avoided $750,000 in losses by dumping his stock.

Cuban's lawyers say he did nothing wrong.
