Mexico president Pena Nieto's predecessor spent much of his term coping with the violent drug war in the country.

And with more than 10, 000 murders, the border city of Juarez was ground zero.

But as KVUE Nightbeat's Angela Kocherga shows us, that city is on the verge of a comeback.
