HARMANS, Md. (AP) — Anne Arundel County police say a man responding to a Craigslist ad to buy a car was shot and killed during an apparent robbery attempt.

Police found 44-year-old Rene Leiva-Archila of Baltimore in a parking lot in Harmans about 7:45 p.m. Thursday. Officers say he had an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body and he died at a local hospital.
