AUSTIN -- A federal judge is granting the release of Hadi Yassine from jail less than two months after he was sentenced to five years in prison
Yassine was convicted of money laundering and sentenced back in January. Now he's appealing the sentence and will remain out of jail until a decision is made.
His brother Mike got nearly 13 years of prison time.
Last March federal agents raided eight of the family's downtown clubs.
A third brother, Steve Yassine, is also still in jail on drug charges.
