RICHMOND, Virginia -- A high school in Virginia is now home to an on-campus daycare.

Plans for the daycare at Armstrong High School were originally announced in February. Richmond city leaders say they hope it will keep teen parents in school.

The Armstrong Child Development Center isn't the only attempt at reducing the student dropout rate. Other plans include converting another high school into a charter school and expanding a "Violence-free zone" program.
