ST. PETERSBURG, Russia -- World leaders are in Russia for the Group of 20 (G20) economic summit. But it seems the world economy has taken a back seat to debate on potential U.S. military involvement in Syria.

Assistant Professor of Public Affairs at the University of Texas Dr. William Inboden, who also served as Senior Director for Strategic Planning on the National Security Council at the White House, spoke to KVUE about the G20 summit.
