AUSTIN -- University of Texas student newspaper The Daily Texan will continue daily publication.
The Texas student media board met Friday and considered cutting back the paper's frequency. However, the media board voted to keep the paper at five days a week. Instead of cutting publication, they voted to cut student wages and tuition reimbursements.
The paper reports advertising revenue was down about 40 percent last year.
