Facebook-owed Instagram is now going head-to-head with Twitter-owned Vine with video sharing. Instagram announced the new option late last week. The app now offers a video feature which allows you to record and post 15 seconds of video as compared to vine's six seconds.

It's available for Apple and Android and offers 13 photo filters just for video.

Microsoft is using Xbox to get into the music business. Xbox Music will debut next week to compete with Itunes, Pandora, and Spotify.

The web version of the music streaming service will offer subscriptions, storage, and track purchasing. Microsoft says we will learn much more during next week's announcement.
