AUSTIN -- A man has been arrested after setting fire to a Nissan dealership in Southeast Austin and prompting a SWAT situation.
The Austin Police Department says the man started two small fires in the building on Interstate 35 near Stassney Lane early Tuesday morning. He then holed himself up inside while a SWAT team tried to get him to come out.
Police say around 8 a.m. the man ran from the building with no clothes on and was caught by police dogs.
Police have not identified the man. He faces charges of arson and burglary of a non-residence. He was evaluated by EMS for his injuries at the scene.
