Thousands are expected to land in Austin Tuesday for the South by Southwest Music Festival.
The music portion kicks off on Wednesday, but at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, guests arriving to town will be greeted with a sneak preview of what to expect.
ABIA is hosting its 12th Annual South by Southwest Airport showcase. It offers 23 musical performances at the Ray Benson Roadhouse in the terminal throughout the remainder of SXSW.
The first of the musical shows begins at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The performances are the first of the sanctioned SXSW performances.
ABIA is known for including musical guests in the terminal for guests arriving and leaving town. It typically hosts 13 performances each week.
The musical shows wrap on Monday after the festival ends and the group starts flying back out of Austin.
