A Northeast Austin fire has been ruled accidental.
It happened at the Rundberg Square Shopping Center just east of Interstate 35.
Flames caused heavy fire damage to the Total Beauty Care Shop in the center and minor damage to three other businesses.
Fire investigators say the fire was started by an electrical short in a neon sign.
Damage estimates are above $350,000.
