ROUND ROCK -- Water restrictions are returning to Round Rock.

The City is moving to Stage 1 conditions on Monday. That means residents can only water twice a week between 7 p.m. and 10 a.m.

Round Rock's water source, Lake Georgetown, is about 18 feet below normal, so the Brazos River Authority asked Round Rock to cut its usage by 10 percent.
