LEANDER, Texas -- Several customers in Williamson County were without power after an outage Monday.
Anne Harvey with Pedernales Electric Cooperative tells KVUE News the outage placed 1,500 customers in the dark in the Leander area.
Harvey said multiple crews worked to restore power due to the outage which began shortly before 8:30 p.m. Service was restored shortly after 10 p.m.
A wire supporting a pole was damaged which caused the outage Harvey said.
