AUSTIN -- Police have found a woman who went missing in a South Austin park.

Police announced Thursday just before 5 p.m. that Sharon McCreight, 34, was found safe.

The mother of three hadn't been seen since Wednesday at 10:30 p.m., going into Mary Moore Searight Park on West Slaughter Lane near Maltese Cross Drive.

She was riding a bike which was pulling a kid carrier. There was no child in the carrier. McCreight also had her three-foot pet python with her.

McCreight didn't have a cell phone or wallet with her.

Police mentioned at a press conference Thursday afternoon that McCreight was there past the park's curfew, which is 10 p.m.
