APD looking for "Trick or Treat Bandit" after bank robbery

Police are looking for a man called the "Trick or Treat Bandit" who they say robbed an Austin bank Thursday morning. APD says they believe the man is a serial robber who has been hitting up banks since 2009. They believe Thursday's robbery could be his seventh.
