PFLUGERVILLE, Texas -- A Pflugerville man was charged with possession of child porn.

Officers with the Texas Attorney General's Cyber Crimes Unit arrested 27-year-old Travis Whiteman after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Investigators think Whiteman uploaded a picture of child porn to an online storage account. They seized three laptop computers, six mobile phones and several data storage devices from his home.

Cyber investigators conducted an initial forensic examination at Whiteman’s residence and found multiple illicit images of child pornography.

Whiteman faces three third-degree felony counts of child pornography possession, each punishable by two to 10 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

He was booked into the Williamson County Jail Thursday with bond set at $600,000.
