A sea of orange will line the south steps of the State Capitol Tuesday. There will be 181 orange cones -- one for each Texas work zone fatality that happened in 2009.
National Work Zone Awareness week begins next Monday.
The week is dedicated to remembering work site victims and raising awareness about safety precautions for workers and drivers.
