Men arrested for robbing South Austin McDonald's

AUSTIN -- Two people have been charged with aggravated robbery after shots were fired at a South Austin McDonald's restaurant.

Police say Joseph Jackoskie, 22, and Ricky Ybarra, 26, were arrested for the Sunday robbery. They reportedly entered the McDonald's at 2114 West Slaughter Lane and showed a weapon. Shots were fired during the incident, but no one was injured. Police say the men demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Jackoskie and Ybarra have been charged with two counts each of aggravated robbery, which is a first degree felony.
