A 22-year-old is facing a felony charge after police say he attacked a man in a South Austin parking lot.
Dung Viet To is charged with injury to an elderly individual.
An arrested affidavit dated August 13 says To followed a 66-year-old man into a store's parking lot, where the two argued about whether the man had cut him off in traffic.
Police say To beat the man, causing bruising, a bloody nose and an eye injury.
To is not currently in the Travis County Jail.
His bond is set at $12,000.

sounds like mr to needs to go to anger management classes and be made to do some community service in nursing homes or assistant living home...he doesnt appreciate the elderly...
