AUSTIN -- A man is in Travis County Jail Sunday, accused of setting two houses on fire.
Investigators say Michael Moseley, 34, set the fires the morning of New Year's Eve.
The two homes are located in southeast Austin near I-35 and William Cannon Dr.
One home under construction burned on Thannas Way. The second on Blue Meadow Dr. was vacant and up for sale.
Moseley is charged with two counts of arson, a first-degree felony.
His bail is set at $80,000.
