A 39-year-old man has been charged with indecency with a child following an incident on a Capital Metro bus.
According to his arrest affidavit, Hector Rodriguez exposed himself to a 6-year-old girl on a bus Monday evening in Southeast Austin.
The girl was sitting with her parents -- they also saw him and notified the bus driver.
Rodriguez is being held in the Travis County Jail. His bond is set at $10,000.
