Local play speaks against teen dating violence

According to a national youth risk behavior survey, one out of ten students has been hit, slapped or physically hurt on purpose by their boyfriend or girlfriend.  The statistics are even worse among teenage girls.  One in three girls experiences some kind of violence or emotional abuse in relationships.  This is Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month.   A new event, in Austin, encourages teens to take a stand against violence.
