AUSTIN -- A mother and father are speaking out, begging for the public's help to find the man who killed their son in a car crash. That man is now on the Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Just days away from starting high school, Sam Stoffregen was heading to the Texas coast with his best friend's family. The beach was one of Stoffregen's favorite places.

On Aug. 18, 2013 investigators say Leo Click, Jr. crossed the center line, killing Stoffregen and his best friend's mom, Nicole Lowenberg, and injuring six others in the crash.

Texas added Click to its Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. Crime stopper's reward for information was increased from $7,500 to $9,500.

Click has worked in the oil and gas industry as a crane operator and has ties to Port Lavaca, Beeville, and Odessa.

Click is 5'8 and weighs 200 pounds. Click may have physical disabilities to his lower extremities from the crash and has multiple tattoos.
