WILLIAMSON COUNTY -- The judge in the case against Mark Alan Norwood is rejecting his request for a new attorney.
Norwood is charged with capital murder in the death of Christine Morton. His trial will begin March 18 in San Angelo.
DNA linked Norwood to the 1986 case after Morton's husband Michael spent almost 25 years in prison - wrongfully convicted of killing his wife.
