AUSTIN -- Home Depot is putting out the "Now Hiring" sign.
The home improvement retailer is hiring 585 seasonal workers in the Austin area. Nationwide the company will hire 80,000 new workers for its busy spring season. That's 10,000 more than last year.
According to the company, about half of their seasonal hires moved into regular positions last year.
