AUSTIN -- Police are investigating a hit and run collision that killed a cyclist late Monday night.
It happened on the northbound frontage road of Research Boulevard near Oak Knoll Drive in Northwest Austin around 10:30 p.m.
Police say they received several calls of a man lying in the street. They say it appears the man was riding his bicycle and was hit by a vehicle.
