Watch out if you have a bank account with overdraft protection! The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau says people with overdraft coverage are more likely to pay hundreds of dollars in fees each year and are at greater risk of having accounts closed.

Remember that massive housing market bailout of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac during the financial crisis? Well get this: shareholders are now suing the government for it. They claim the 2008 takeover of the mortgage finance companies was illegal, and cost investors billions.

Investors will be looking at a report coming out from the U.S. Labor Department on job openings Tuesday. Stocks yesterday closed pretty much flat. Apple finished lower after introducing a music streaming service and a software redo.

Another day, another weird donut creation. A celebrity chef is selling sloppy joe donuts at the San Diego County Fair. The celebrity chef tells USA Today he sold more than a thousand of his $7.95 creations in two days.

iHop is now offering a $4.99 limited edition jelly donut pancake as it tries to get in on the weird donut fad. This follows the glazed donut breakfast sandwich Dunkin' Donuts introduced last week.
