GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan -- Parts of Western Michigan are seeing flooding after days of heavy rains.

This is how it looked Sunday in Grand Rapids. The city has officially declared it a state of emergency.

Many streets are closed due to the flooding, and a number of homes and businesses are as well.

The Grand River is about six feet above flood stage and is expected to crest soon.
