AUSTIN -- This summer marked the 37th annual Auditorium Shores fireworks display. It's the largest fireworks show in Austin, and more than 100,000 people brought blankets to watch the thirty minute display.

One hour before the fireworks began, the Austin Symphony Orchestra performed on the lawn at the Long Center.

The Symphony Orchestra continued to play throughout the fireworks show, which began at 9:30 p.m. and concluded at 30 minutes later with a dramatic grand finale.
