Sheriff's detectives are investigating a capital murder case in East Travis County.

Thursday detectives began a search for a man reported missing Wednesday by family members. While checking the man's residence at 6923 Burleson-Manor Road, they found his body in an outbuilding he used as his workshop.

The victim has been identified as Edward Stout.

Simultaneously, detectives have also been looking for a suspect, Marco Antonio "Tony" Garcia. Garcia worked for Stout.

Another deceased person was found at Garcia's residence. Garcia was later arrested at 2200 Lakeshore drive in Austin. Garcia has been charged with capital murder in the death of Stout. He is being held without bond. Other charges are pending.
