AUSTIN -- Wednesday the Texas Department of Public Safety released its Public Safety Threat Overview looking at the biggest dangers facing the state.
Topping the list are drug cartels from Mexico. The report says at least six cartels are operating in Texas, smuggling drugs and people into the U.S.
