AUSTIN -- Austin firefighters responded to a garage fire that spread to the main part of a home early Monday afternoon.
It happened in the 4500 block of Cliffstone Cove in Southwest Austin.
Fire investigators say combustible items stored too close to a clothes dryer are responsible for starting the fire.
No one was injured in the fire that caused $150,000 in damages.
The two residents of the house are now staying with other family members.
