AISD police investigate sexual incident at Covington MS

Austin ISD police Friday confirmed investigators are looking into a sexual incident that happened at Covington Middle School on Thursday.

Investigators would not release many details about the incident because of student privacy concerns, but a letter to parents from Covington Middle School administrators say it was reported that several students engaged in inappropriate behavior while the classroom was watching a video lesson.

Parents and guardians of the students involved have already been contacted.
