A man got a big shock when he brought his two poodles to the vet and found out they weren't poodles at all. Rather, they were giant ferrets pumped with steroids to look like dogs.

The ferrets were given steroids at birth to increase their size. Later, their fur was fluffed up to mimic the appearance of a toy poodle.

The animals were sold for $150 in a market in Brazil.

In Brazil, the animals have been dubbed "Brazilian Rats."
