Family pleads for driver to come forward after boy killed in hit-and-run

John Raidy was crossing North Carrier Parkway at Holiday Hills Drive around 7:30 p.m. Thursday when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver. Authorities released surveillance video Friday of the vehicle they say hit the little boy. It's a black- or dark-colored, four-door hatchback with likely front-end damage.
