Two men charged in killing over Air Jordan sneakers

Neal Bland, 18, is charged with capital murder while Kegan Arrington, 19, (pictured here) is charged with failure to report a felony and capital murder. Bland has been issued a no-bond, Arrington’s bond has not been set.
