If 14-month-old Jeremiuh could talk, he would surely tell his mama to wake up. His mother, 20-year-old Kellie Seaman, has been in a persistent vegetative state since May 23, when the car she was riding in was hit by a drunk driver. The collision happened at South Ervay and Corinth streets near downtown Dallas. Her skull was crushed into her brain.
