AUSTIN -- Police are investigating after a Jeep collided with a Capital Metro bus in North Austin.
Officials said the Jeep rear-ended the bus around 4:30 p.m. while it was stopped unloading a passenger near the Walmart store on Anderson Lane near Burnet Road.
EMS said the driver of the Jeep was pinned inside. She was rescued and taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge with non-life threatening injuries.
Another person was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Seven others were evaluated by EMS at the scene.
