You get the full news stories, without any additional editing; the format has been simplified to permit text display in a cell phone-friendly single column.

There's also a "lite" version of the latest mobile report, including current conditions, the 5-day outlook and live radar images.

KVUE-to-go works on any mobile phone or personal digital assistant that has a connection to the Internet.

Unfortunately, there is no standard way that Internet connections are implemented on mobile devices; you'll need to check the manual of your phone or PDA if you're unsure how to access an Internet address.

One more thing: Be sure to double-check the conditions of your cellular account before linking up with KVUE.com/mobile or any other online service.

Many wireless phone providers charge extra for Web access. Sometimes the fee is regulated by how much data you download; other accounts feature unlimited data access.
