GEORGETOWN, Texas -- Georgetown is taking a step towards going green with single-stream recycling.
Ninety-six gallon recycling carts will be delivered next month. Georgetown residents can put all their recycled materials in one container.
A seasonal yard clipping service is also starting.
Collections begin Nov. 1.
There is a rate increase of less than $2 to cover the service.
If you live outside city limits, it goes up by $5.
