CONWAY, Mo. (AP) -- Authorities have arrested a 22-year-old Texas man suspected of driving a military bus stolen from Springfield. The Lebanon Daily Record reported that Tom Mourning of Spring, Texas, was charged Friday in Laclede County with one count of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. It all started Thursday when the Conway Police Department was called to a restaurant where Mourning had trouble paying his $13.86 bill because his credit cards were declined. Police said he had been "very unruly and disorderly" to waitresses and many customers. An officer escorted Mourning to his motel room, and Mourning allegedly tried to go in the bathroom and shut the door to keep the officer out. Mourning was being held on $25,000 bond. No attorney is listed for him in online court records. (Copyright 2012 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
