AUSTIN -- Fire crews are investigating what caused a duplex fire in South Austin.
The fire broke out Monday at 3000 Burleson Road near Metcalfe Road.
AFD says the smoldering blaze started near a bed in one of the units around 7 a.m. It was already out when firefighters arrived.
Residents were evacuated but let back inside a short time later. AFD says there is minimal damage and it was an accident.
