ROUND ROCK, Texas -- An employee at a Round Rock Red Lobster suffered minor burns Wednesday after a fire broke out in the restaurant's kitchen.
Communications Director for the City of Round Rock Will Hampton said the Round Rock Fire Department responded to the fire alarm at 10 a.m. at the Red Lobster on Parker Drive.
Hampton said the small grease fire was contained in about 24 minutes.
One worker was treated for minor burns at the scene. Damage to the restaurant is said to be about $4,000.
