AUSTIN -- Police say their latest "No Refusal" initiative ended with 15 arrests on Fat Tuesday.
That number is in addition to the 35 arrests made over the weekend.
Austin police say they made the arrests during Fat Tuesday celebrations as people packed the streets downtown for the Mardi Gras festivities.
