AUSTIN -- Austin police have arrested a man for an attack in the Warehouse District last weekend.
Fabian Hernandez Jr., 19, is charged with robbery by threat.
According to his arrest affidavit, early Sunday morning he and another man followed the victim, Steven Benoit, hit him in the back of the head and demanded money.
Benoit talked with KVUE News earlier this week.
He's a bartender at Oilcan Harry's and was leaving work when it happened. He ran and took refuge inside a cab until police arrived.
Benoit identified Hernandez in a police lineup.
Austin police are working to identify the second man who was with Hernandez.
