Greek Salad Wrap

Spread each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons hummus. Toss lettuce with cucumbers, tomato, red onion, feta and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and seasonings. Toss with salad mixture. Spread one-fourth of mixture evenly among the tortillas; roll up jellyroll style and wrap in foil. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Makes 4 servings.
