LIVERMORE, California -- For the great people of San Francisco, the Christmas holidays don't truly begin until one neighbor lights up his house.
"Deacon Dave" Rezendes has been at it for 30 years. Every Christmas he transforms his home into one of the biggest light displays in the state.
Rezendes says he uses more than 345,000 lights in his display. His neighbors say they love it.
"Deacon Dave" won't say how much his electric bill for the month of December is.
