AUSTIN -- You can spend an enjoyable evening on the other side of the Red River, without leaving Central Austin.

McCallum High School's MacTheatre celebrates life on the prairie with a lively production of "Oklahoma!"

Featuring the timeless songs of Richard Rodgers and Ocar Hammerstein, "Oklahoma!" celebrates the vigor of America’s pioneering spirit with athletic dance and boot-stomping energy. The classic score includes "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’,” “People will Say We’re in Love,” and the title tune that begs for a sing-a-long.

The production runs from Thursday, Feb. 28 through Sunday, March 3 at McCallum Arts Center Mainstage at 5600 Sunshine Drive.
