I’m back after a week’s vacation. I don’t normally take time off from my blog, but had limited computer access. So thanks to those of you who keep checking back.

Today I thought I’d share an interesting time saving site which was mentioned in this month’s Real Simple magazine.
It’s for all of us who have waited to get a real person when you call a company’s 1-800 number. It’s called LucyPhone.com.
You can enter any 1-800 number into the field, or even search the site for the number of the company you hope to reach. Then enter your number and the site will call your number to connect you to customer service to make any specific selections you may need.
Once you hear the music begin to play just hang up. When an actual person answers the phone, the site will ring you at the number you provided. No more waiting on hold.
